Cleaning services

JM-Properties offers a regular cleaning service to maintain all communal areas to the highest of standards. A site inspection would be carried out, then a cleaning specification can be prepared to suit your needs. We could also provide visit worksheets to ensure that the work has been carried out. If you have your own spec for the site, don't panic, all cleaning contracts can be tailored to suit the requirements of your property, such as frequency of visits and type of work required.

Left in a well ventilated area, the cleaned surface can be dry within a short period of time. A foam-killer system makes it possible to eliminate any build-up of foam that might arise from a residue of shampoo on the carpet being cleaned, enabling longer working periods.
